General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for ComfortCars Limousine Service

1. General information

The following terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the user and ComfortCars in the context of the use of the limousine service.

2. Contractual relationships and conclusion of contracts

The user must register in order to use ComfortCars the tools. The use of the tools results in a transport contract.

3. User's registration requirement for the use of the CC Tools

The user must register and create a user account in order to use the CC Tools.

4. Selected content of the transport contract in favor of the user

The user can choose from various vehicle classes, such as „Business Class“, „Business Van/SUV“ or „First Class“. The images of the vehicles in the CC Tools are for illustrative purposes only and there is no claim to a specific vehicle model. Depending on availability, an upgrade from „Business Class“ to a higher vehicle class is possible without additional costs.

5. Compensation and payment

The price in the booking confirmation includes the number of pieces of luggage specified in the booking form. Additional fees may apply for excess baggage, restricted baggage or the transportation of animals. The fee for the journey increases accordingly. Payment is made by credit card or invoice. Cash payments are not accepted.

In the event of a spontaneous increase in the duration of the journey (distance or number of hours), the actual charge will be recalculated after the journey in accordance with the current pricing structure. The fee is per minute at the price of 2.80 euros.

6. Liability

ComfortCars is liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence by its employees ComfortCars or agents. ComfortCars is not liable for the content and programs of the CC Tools or for third-party websites linked to via links.

7th amendment to the offer of ComfortCars

ComfortCars CC Tools reserves the right to modify the CC Tools or to temporarily or permanently discontinue the offer.

8. Protection of content and granting of usage rights

The contents of the CC Tools are protected by copyright. The user is granted the right to use them for their intended purpose. Any further use is prohibited.

9. Final provisions

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between ComfortCars and the user. Changes require written form. The terms and conditions may be ComfortCars changed, and the user will be informed thereof. Counterclaims, retention of title and assignment of claims require the consent of ComfortCars. German law applies to the legal relations, the place of performance and the exclusive jurisdiction is Berlin.
