You pay a fixed price based on distance or duration and vehicle class. Our online booking shows the price instantly. For companies, events and multiple rides we are happy to prepare an individual quote.
How long does the driver wait at the airport?
Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of waiting time. Your chauffeur meets you with a name sign right after baggage claim. You receive your driver's name, licence plate and contact details the day before the ride.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up. After that, transfers are charged on a sliding scale: 25 % between 12 and 6 hours before, 50 % between 6 and 3 hours before, and 100 % of the fare within 3 hours. Hourly bookings are free to cancel up to 24 hours before; after that the full price is due.
How short-notice can I book?
Subject to availability, also at short notice – fastest by phone. As a licensed private hire company with chauffeurs, we operate exclusively on advance booking and always at the price agreed beforehand.
Do you offer company accounts?
Yes. Following your request, we will add your company to our system and set up the company account. After that, your employees or your office team can book trips themselves and manage all bookings in one place. Payments are conveniently billed by invoice. Simply ask about it via our inquiry form.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, for corporate and private customers. In addition, you can pay by credit card via a payment link, via PayPal, or directly to the driver.
Are there child seats available?
Yes. Simply provide the age or weight of your child when booking. We will provide the appropriate seat.
Do you drive outside of Düsseldorf as well?
Yes. With our own fleet, Düsseldorf and the Rhine-Ruhr region are our home. Rides throughout Germany and Europe as well as larger operations with Sprinters and coaches are organised with vetted partner companies.
