With a delegation, every minute counts. Meetings at the ministry, a factory tour, lunch with partners and an evening reception: if a vehicle is missing or a guest is waiting at the wrong entrance, the whole day starts to slip.
That is why we plan delegation transport like a project. You receive a dedicated operations manager and a vehicle and driver list, and we coordinate schedules, pick-up and drop-off points and waiting times with you or your protocol office.
With more than 30 vehicles of our own, we can also run larger convoys entirely in-house: saloons for the head of delegation, V-Class vehicles for accompanying staff, and vans or Sprinters for luggage and teams. Guests from the Middle East and Asia particularly appreciate our support in Arabic and Chinese.

Will I receive a list of vehicles and drivers in advance?
Yes. For delegations, we prepare a vehicle and driver list with number plates that you can pass on to protocol or security.

Can timings change at short notice?
Yes. Your operations manager adjusts the plan in real time, and our dispatch is available around the clock.
How is billing handled?
