Do we need a framework contract to get started?
No. You start with individual orders at a fixed price. A framework contract is worth it for regular trips.
How is billing handled?
By invoice, payable within 14 days. New customers pay for the first trips in advance via our payment link (card or PayPal).
Who can book in our company?
Every person you share your information with, including assistants for the board and guests. No login required.
Can you also drive large groups?
Yes. We have over 30 of our own vehicles, plus Sprinters and tour buses from trusted partners. We handle the scheduling and invoicing.
Do you also drive outside of NRW?
Yes, throughout Germany and Europe, with our own fleet or with verified partner companies to our standards.
What happens if a flight is delayed?
We are tracking the flight. For pick-ups at the airport, a 60-minute wait time is included from landing.
