A chauffeur is more than a driver. A chauffeur plans the route in advance, is always there a few minutes early, holds the door for you and keeps an eye on your schedule while you make calls, work or simply take a breather.
With ComfortCars, you book your chauffeur by the hour or for single journeys. Hourly bookings include 30 km per hour in the Comfort, Comfort Grün and Business classes and in the vans, and 25 km in First Class. Your chauffeur waits between appointments and takes you flexibly to your next destination.
Our chauffeurs are trained, discreet and hold a passenger transport licence. They drive our own Mercedes vehicles, which are well kept and regularly serviced. ComfortCars is not an agency.

The hourly rate depends on the vehicle class. You can see it in our online booking or request a quote. Comfort, Comfort Grün, Business and the vans include 30 km per hour, First includes 25 km.
What is the minimum booking time for a chauffeur?
You can book single journeys at a fixed price or a chauffeur by the hour. For assignments lasting several days, get in touch – we will be happy to plan them with you.
Can I change my destination spontaneously on the way?
Yes. With an hourly booking, you decide the route. Longer assignments are billed transparently after the journey.
Are the chauffeurs trained?
Yes. Our chauffeurs hold a passenger transport licence, know the region well and are experienced in looking after business clients and VIPs.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, for corporate and private clients. You can also pay by credit card via a payment link, by PayPal or directly to the driver.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Hourly bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start; after that, the full price is payable.
