- The fixed path from the starting point to the destination as specified.
- Receipt at the time you choose within the time window.
- Fixed price for up to 3 guests, and in the van for up to 7 guests, including luggage of the usual size.
- All prices include VAT 19 %%.
- Payment upon booking.
- Available for booking up to 3 hours before pickup.
- Cancellation: Free up to 24 hours before the pickup window begins; you will receive a full refund. After that, no refund is possible because the ride is reserved for you from that point onwards. If you do not show up within 15 minutes of the selected pickup time, the ride is considered taken. Empty legs This is due to our scheduling plans. If these change, a short trip may also be cancelled at short notice. In that case, we will inform you immediately by email and refund you the full amount. If possible, we will offer you an alternative ride at the same fixed price.

What is the empty journey?
After completing a request, our vehicles often return without a passenger; for example, after a delivery from Frankfurt to Paris, the vehicle returns to Frankfurt. We offer these return trips as empty trips at a fixed price, which is significantly lower than the regular price.
Is the service exactly the same as a regular reservation?
Yes. You travel with a professional private driver in a luxury vehicle that is well-maintained and booked in the category you have reserved. The punctuality and precision in the schedules and service are exactly the same as for any other trip with ComfortCars.
What happens if our plan changes?
Empty flights arise from our operating plan. If this plan changes, an empty flight may be cancelled even within a short time. In this case, we will inform you immediately via email and refund the full amount to you. If possible, we will also offer you an alternative flight at the same fixed price.
Why is there a time window for receipt?
The empty journey is linked to a previous request. Within the specified time window, you choose the pickup time with 15-minute intervals. This time then becomes binding.
Can I change the starting point or destination?
The route is fixed. Often minor adjustments within the city itself are possible after agreement. For other routes, please use our regular booking service.
How long in advance can I book?
Empty flights can be booked online up to 3 hours before pickup. New flights are often added just a few days before, so it’s worth creating a route alert.
Can I bring luggage or a seat for children?
Luggage of the usual size is included in the fixed price. We are happy to provide a seat for children: please contact us or write to us after booking, and we will arrange it for your trip.
How do I pay?
You pay when booking online through a secure payment link. All prices include the 19% value-added tax %. For corporate customers, we issue an invoice upon request.
