Why is a one-way trip so cheap?
For example, a chauffeur takes a guest from Frankfurt to Paris. After that, the vehicle must return, with or without the guest. We offer you exactly this return journey.
The costs of the trip are already covered for the most part. Therefore, you only pay a fraction of the regular price, without having to pay extra for the vehicle, the driver, or the service.

Erscheinen Sie nicht innerhalb von 15 Minuten nach der gewählten Abholzeit, gilt die Fahrt als in Anspruch genommen. Leerfahrten entstehen aus unserer Einsatzplanung. Ändert sich diese, kann eine Leerfahrt auch kurzfristig entfallen. In diesem Fall informieren wir Sie sofort per E-Mail und erstatten Ihnen den vollen Betrag. Wenn möglich, bieten wir Ihnen zusätzlich eine Ersatzfahrt zum gleichen Festpreis an.

What is a blank run?
Following an order, our vehicles often return without passengers, for example after a transfer from Frankfurt to Paris, returning to Frankfurt on the same route. We offer these return trips as empty runs at a fixed price, significantly below the regular price.
Is the service the same as with a normal booking?
Yes. You travel with a professional chauffeur in a well-maintained premium vehicle of the booked category. The discretion, punctuality and service are identical to any other ride with ComfortCars.
What happens if our plans change?
Empty legs These are generated from our deployment planning. If this changes, a trip without passengers can also be cancelled at short notice. In that case, we will immediately inform you by email and refund you the full amount. If possible, we will also offer you an alternative trip at the same fixed price.
Why is there a time window for pick-up?
The empty run is linked to a previous order. Within the specified time window, you choose your pickup time in 15-minute increments. This time is then binding.
Can I change the start or destination?
The route is fixed. Slight deviations within the same city are often possible by arrangement. For other routes, please use our regular booking system.
How short-notice can I book?
Empty legs They can be booked online up to 3 hours before pickup. New trips often don't start until a few days beforehand, so the wish-route alert is worth considering.
Can I bring luggage or a child seat?
Luggage is included in the regular price. We are happy to provide a child seat: just give us a call after booking or write to us; we will arrange it for your trip.
How do I pay?
You pay online during the booking process via a secure payment link. All prices include 19% % VAT. We will create an invoice for business customers upon request.
